Darlene Walley, Producer

As background, Dr. Darlene Walley has over 25 years of successful corporate experience having served as an executive at Procter & Gamble, Gillette and Arm & Hammer and most recently as CEO of early stage companies. She has proven track record of launching companies and products and has raised the necessary capital, from seed to venture, to fund the growth of these companies. Darlene applies the successful principles of large corporations to the entrepreneurial setting of early stage companies to create a winning strategy.

Darlene has served on the Board of Directors of several national and local non-profit
organizations. She is also a member of the North Bay Angels investment group.
She holds 12 patents, largely dealing with consumer health products, and over 15 publications.

Her latest endeavor is partnering with developer Orrin Thiessen on Phase VI of the downtown Windsor project. Darlene will be the owner of the boutique hotel on the Town Green Village scheduled to break ground in 2008. Her test project, Villa Terra Bella, has been a huge success having won several prestigious accolades from the hospitality industry in Sonoma County.

Darlene lives in Sonoma County with partner Giorgio Moro and daughter, Isabella, a third grader at Sonoma Country Day School.
